PREMIUM PLUS PACKAGE
1. We will hold one set of your house keys in a safe and secure location and have them available to you or your guests when requested.
2. We will visit your property every fortnight, when unoccupied, and make a thorough inspection to ensure your property is in good order inside and out.
3. These inspections will be followed up by reports e-mailed to you. If any problems arise that may need work we will assess them and forward a quote if necessary.
4. Any works that may be required we will be happy to oversee these on behalf of you and make regular updates via e-mail.
5. We would also like to offer you a useful - Information manual - which will contain helpful hints, tips and numbers for your property and the surrounding areas.
6. Opening bank accounts and organizing direct debit payments for electric, telephone and satellite.
7. Advise you on Health and Safety for your property and help you purchase the relevant items locally.
8. Assisting you on buying fully comprehensive house and earthquake insurance.
9. Payment of water and property taxes. (We will require a float of 100 pounds and a YTL bank account).
10. When your property is occupied we will provide you with a 24 hr-7 day contact telephone number if you should need help or assistance. (An emergency call out charge will be extra).
11. Inventory checks can be made at the beginning and end of season.
12. We will also clean and get your property ready at the beginning of the summer season. We will clean and close down your property for the winter. Switching off electric, water and gas, empty fridge freezers and secure property.
PRICE £550 annually
Please note point no 12, £550 is for a 2 bed roomed property. There is a £30 charge increase on the total price for up to 4 bed roomed property and a £60 charge increase for up to 6 beds. Please contact us for a quote on larger properties.
