PREMIUM PACKAGE
1. We will hold one set of your house keys in a safe and secure location. And have them available to you or your guests when requested.
2. We will visit your property once a month, when unoccupied and make a thorough inspection to ensure your property is in good order inside and out.
3. These inspections will be followed up by reports e-mailed to you. If any problems within the property arises and may need work we will assess this and forward all the information to you with a quote if necessary.
4. Any works that may be required we will be happy to oversee these on behalf of you and make regular updates via e-mail.
5. We would also like to offer you a useful -Information manual - which will contain helpful hints, tips and numbers for your property and the surrounding areas.
6. Opening bank accounts and organizing direct debit payments for electric, telephone and satellite.
7. Advise you on Health and Safety for your property and help you purchase the relevant items locally.
8. Assisting you on buying fully comprehensive household and earthquake insurance.
9. Payment of water and property taxes. (We will require a float of 100 pounds and a YTL bank account).
